CALL OUT FOR SUBMISSIONS!

The 5th Oslo Queer Festival will take place 30aug-2 sept 2012!

We are looking for queer muscians, artists, workshops, discussions, films and art.

Oslo Queer Festival is a DIY festival, looking to broaden the use of queer and inclusion is the key.. We want to create a safe space with the freedom to exploring gender expressions, lifestyles, sexuality and gender. We want to challenge the squareness of everyday Oslo, with making a 4days festival together!

Do you want to participate or contribute to this years festival? Please send a mail to request our submissionform: osloqueerbooking@gmail.com, and return within 17th of June.

Everyone travelling to Oslo Queer Festival can apply for refund of travel after the festival, and any "profit" will be split among everyone applying. We can not promise the full amount of your travel, but a nice sofa to lay your head and cheap vegan food for donations, and the chance to make the best festival in Oslo.

Oslo Queer Festival 2011 is over for this year and we would like to thank all the people who contributed, played music, performed, held workshops, donated money, hosted queers, worked in the bar, cleaned the toilets, made food, stood at the door, carried equipment, gave feedback at the evaluation and helped in any way making this years festival totally amazing!

We hope to see you all next year and hopefully some of you sooner: Remember to check our blog once in a while and Oslo Queer will update you on queer activism and different arrangements!

Thank you so much again, together we made an absolutely fantastic festival!
